I would be lying if I said I wasn't a bit nervous about my review. I'm new, so I hope I've been doing everything right. I suppose I'll find out, won't I? All I can do is keep doing what I'm doing -- so long as I'm doing it correctly.

I wonder if I should look into some better security charms for my doors and windows. My neighborhood isn't high in crime or anything, but you can never be too careful. Living alone and all, I'd probably feel safer. Maybe the pet I get should be a large dog. I don't know how I'd manage to walk it, though. I guess it would walk me. Hm, maybe not. But I think I would sleep better at night knowing someone or something was looking out for me.
Any suggestions?

I wonder if these journals will cause a decrease in the use of Floo conversations. I suppose that means less work for me. Perhaps they'll open a new section in the department for monitoring communications in these journals. I don't know how they'd regulate them, but I guess there must be a way. Though, that might be a bit of an invasion of privacy.
I have to go to Madam Malkin's on my lunch break to pick up a dress I left to be altered. I wonder if she's gotten in anything new since I was there last. I suppose I'll find out when I stop in.
On a separate note, though still tied in to shopping, I've been thinking of purchasing a kitten. I've found that I have quite the urge to nurture something, or someone. I'm not sure if a kitten is the right way to go, though. Perhaps a rabbit, or a bird of some sort. I imagine a bit of research should be completed rather than just acting on impulse. Hopefully I'll know by the time I update this again.
